Scope of Work

Cut deep into the ponderosa pine covered basalt hillside that makes up a majority of the COCC Bend Campus, the 46,000 square foot two story Science Building including classrooms, lab spaces and auxiliary space and is one of the many buildings Kirby Nagelhout has built here. Forty-seven foot high architectural concrete walls, flawless polished concrete floors, and award-winning interior and exterior finish woodwork create a modern look for this Earth Advantage Gold building. Large expanses of glass capture views of the Cascades.
