Modernization of 220,000 sf of existing office and main lobby completed in four phases. Work included modernization of work spaces, restrooms, main data center, break room, company store, and conference rooms. Temporary access and egress for areas not under construction as well as consideration for noise, fumes, and dust made this project challenging but successful.
