KNCC was hired to make district-wide upgrades throughout the district that included construction of new entry vestibules, security upgrades and integrated access controls, HVAC upgrades, window replacements, and asbestos abatement. The signature project was construction of a new 74,000 sf elementary school, Gib Olinger Elementary School, which included demolition of an existing structure and asbestos and hazardous materials abatement.
