Scope of Work

Addition: The Sherman County Courthouse Addition is a new two-story, 15,250 sf County court and administration building located adjacent to the existing Sherman County courthouse. The building will include circuit and County courtrooms, administration offices and the Sheriff’s department. The project includes a one-story pedestrian link connecting the new building to the existing courthouse building. Also part of the project is an interior remodel of the existing two-story historic courthouse. The remodel will include the construction of new administrative office spaces and a meeting room.

Renovation: The Sherman County Courthouse Remodel project is the interior selective demolition and renovation of the existing two-story historic courthouse. The scope includes the construction of new administrative office spaces and a meeting room.
