Justine started working at the Pendleton office in 2017 and came on full-time as a Project Engineer after college. She helps closeout projects, compile O&M manuals, work on as-builts, and bid projects. She is a quick learner who is highly organized, detail oriented, and team player. She enjoys diving into the details of a project and any problem solving along the way. Outside of KNCC work, Justine enjoys working with her siblings at their family cattle ranch.
