Meet Our Team

We take a great deal of pride in our reputation. This belief is at our foundation, and is central to all we do.

Construction Services

Just as every project is different, and every client has concerns that are unique to their business, we are happy to work under a wide array of contractual arrangements to provide services that match the needs of a particular project.

Career Opportunities

In order to maintain in-house control over critical portions of the construction process, we use the very best people for the job — our own! Unlike many large general contractors that broker 100% of their work, KNCC maintains our own work forces in many key trades.

Office Locations

We are headquartered in Bend, Oregon, but work throughout the region.

I highly recommend Kirby Nagelhout Construction Co. for your project. Our goals were specific on the project to complete on time and within budget that we committed to the voters. On this project the fiscal goals were met and in some areas were under budget. Our hiring goal was exceeded and that is due highly in part to the collaboration and time diligently hiring locally.

I want to thank you and your staff for an excellent working relationship with our office during the jail expansion project. The project has been complete for nearly eight months and the space has been a pleasure to work in.

I am impressed that a project of this magnitude, $11 million dollars and over 20,000 square feet, came in on budget and on time. Communication is the key to the success of any project and I was very pleased with the constant communication KNCC kept with the County and our office. I visited the job shack often and was always welcomed and kept informed.
