Growing up, Talon observed his family operate their construction business. Then, he spent 15 years working his way up in the industry, gaining experience in concrete and MEP installation to now leading projects as a Superintendent. He joined KNCC in 2023 with a project portfolio that includes high-rise and multifamily buildings, STEM facilities for universities, and hotel remodels. Talon believes his greatest strengths are forming relationships with trade partners and listening to the needs of his team to ensure a strong project partnership and project success. Talon is a self-proclaimed family man, frequently practicing jiu-jitsu, and spending time outdoors together. His immense passion for giving back to his community can be seen through volunteering at children’s hospitals and participating with the local Search and Rescue team.
