Megan joined KNCC in 2023 with a breadth of experience in the human resources and recruitment realm. She is a genuine people-person and believes time and employee satisfaction are two of the most valuable components to a business. If she can help save people’s time and make people happier, then that’s a win in her book! Megan is incredibly organized and process-minded and holds a love for working with all kinds of people. When she isn’t working, you can find Megan running, seeing live music, or doing anything outdoors! She even recently built out a short school bus into a camper van with her partner to take on adventures with their dog, Ruger!
