Chris began his career on an asphalt paving crew in North Dakota. He transitioned into estimating, sharpening his analytical skills, and later moved into project management for a concrete paving company, where he successfully led projects regulated by the Department of Transportation, various city agencies, and the FAA. After relocating to Washington, Chris served as a Project Engineer for a local general contractor, overseeing a middle school remodel that enhanced the community’s educational infrastructure. Most recently, he contributed his expertise to a civil contractor in Idaho, driving two projects to successful completion.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and their three children, often cheering them on at sports events. He’s also a passionate supporter of the WSU Cougars and the Seattle Mariners, bringing the same energy and dedication to his personal life that he does to every project.
