Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company’s Portland Office Welcomes Kevin Owens as Project Executive

As Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC) continues to grow and expand our Portland Metro area market, we’re excited and proud to announce a new addition to our team.

KNCC is excited to welcome Kevin Owens to our team as Project Executive. Kevin holds over 28 years of construction experience, starting out as a concrete carpenter to most recently operating as President of Seabold Construction. Kevin brings a breadth of experience in a wide range of markets, including multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, office, and assisted-living construction. His expertise will be a vital addition to our team as we continue to expand into additional markets and deliver exceptional execution for our current clients.

Kevin, while reflecting on his career leading up to this change, is looking forward to the new opportunity at KNCC. “Closing the chapter on Seabold Construction is bittersweet, as it marked the end of an incredible journey filled with growth and learning. As I embark on a new adventure with KNCC, I am thrilled to bring with me the wealth of experience and expertise gained over the years,” said Kevin. “The opportunity to contribute to such an amazing company is both humbling and exhilarating. Together, we will build a future that surpasses all expectations.”
