In 2023, Traci joined the KNCC team bringing twenty years of intentional relationship building experience with her. Her approach to business development revolves around core principles of authenticity, transparency, consistency, and doing the right thing. She is up for any challenge and always the first to bring the confetti when the task has been conquered. She is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and driving growth for the entire KNCC team. When she’s not busy connecting the dots professionally, you can find Traci tackling DIY projects around her house, cheering on the Beavs, and supporting her favorite tiny (and not-so-tiny) humans in all their adventures.
