Carson has been in the construction industry since he was 18, gaining extensive experience across multiple states and roles. He began as a welder on coal, power, and phosphorus plants in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Idaho, and later transitioned into project engineering while working on a phosphorus mine in Soda Springs, Idaho. In 2024, Carson relocated to Bend, Oregon, continuing his career in construction with a strong foundation of field expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, hiking with his two dogs, and riding dirt bikes and ATVs.
