Dylan joined KNCC in 2022 after making the move to Oregon all the way from Kansas. From heavy equipment operation, to roofing, to project management, Dylan has done it all. He started his career as a custom gutter installer when he was just sixteen years old and gradually climbed the construction ladder. Now, he holds nearly a decade of experience in the industry with over 6 years as a Project Manager.  Dylan enjoys design-build and CM/GC projects in which he gets to work closely with the design team and challenge himself. He feels he learns the most when engaging with people with different backgrounds. Outside of work, you can find Dylan snowboarding, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his wife and kids.
