NICK LILLY
Project Superintendent
Nick started his career as a carpenter apprentice and advanced to journeyman carpenter and concrete finisher, leading to foreman, superintendent, and project management roles throughout the years. His diverse experience includes lead carpentry in custom home construction, overseeing commercial concrete work on K-12 projects in Vancouver, and involvement in vertical concrete projects in Portland for high-profile clients. This wide range of experience in multiple roles and various types of projects allows Nick to bring a broad skill set to every new project he is a part of. Nick’s expertise also extends to phase planning and 3D modeling of complex projects using BIM training from the University of Washington. His strong passion for building also led him and his wife to build their own custom home together in Central Oregon.
