Shawn started working in construction at an early age when he helped his contractor father with concrete projects. He now holds more than three decades of experience in the industry. Over the years, Shawn has been recognized for detailed job site collaboration, his ability to bring teams together, strong leadership, and process improvement. He loves diving into projects that involve post-tension concrete and structural renovations. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and working alongside his wife on their farm. He has also been a beekeeper for over a decade and enjoys the buzz that comes with the harvest!
