ZAHAVA JONES, LEED AP BD+C
Project Manager
Zahava started her career in 2001 as a space planner designing interiors for a variety of clients and space types, including pharmaceutical labs, corporate offices, and educational environments. While working with designers in Higher Education studios, Zahava developed a strong interest in educational facilities and the teams that plan and manage them. After moving to Portland, Oregon from Southern California, she landed a position in the Planning and Capital Construction department within Portland Community College. Zahava managed multiple construction project types on the Rock Creek campus and developed a wide variety of skills. Stakeholder engagement, budget management, inclusive communication, creative problem solving, and organized documentation are some of the strengths she brings to any project. During her time not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends exploring, cooking, camping, or just hanging out.
