New construction of a three-story, 43,795 sf academic building located at Clackamas Community College’s Harmony Campus. The building included installation of complicated and extensive HVAC system to accomadate all spaces from the two-story lobby to the biology and chemistry labs. This project also includes an attached 2,500 sf single story event hall with AV and presentation facilities. Self-performed work included all building concrete, doors and hardware, and miscellaneous specialties.
