This 154,000 sf occupied renovation and 15,000 sf addition utilized our CM/GC process over the course of more than 27 months. The combination of new construction with additions to the north and remodeled areas touched nearly every square foot of the building. Scope included nearly all new classrooms, technology, and finishes as well as upgrades to HVAC, electrical, lighting, and fire/life safety systems. Site improvements focused on new hardscapes, courtyards, outdoor classroom, and improved stormwater system and fire loop.
