SHERMAN COUNTY COURTHOUSE
Project Description
The Sherman County Courthouse Addition is a two-story, 15,250 sf county court and administration building located adjacent to the existing 110 year old courthouse. The building houses circuit and county courtrooms, administration offices and the Sheriff’s department. The project included a one-story pedestrian link connecting the new building to the existing courthouse building. Also, part of the project is an interior remodel of the existing two-story historic courthouse. KNCC was awarded the 2019 DeMuro Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation by Restore Oregon for the work done on this project.
