As the city’s first new fire station in 12 years, this 15,000 sf facility provides necessary service to the NE Vancouver community. The modern fire station features a public meeting space, several private offices, a turnout room, and an apparatus bay with three overhead doors along with a spacious kitchen and living quarters. KNCC also performed associated sitework, paving, and various off-site improvements.
