New construction of a 88,000 sf elementary school consisting of precast concrete panels, structural steel, concrete masonry walls, slab on grade, slab on metal deck, metal stud framing, storefront and curtain wall construction. This $30M project consisted of a full demolition and replacement project with a duration of 13 months.
