Randy joined KNCC in 2022. He earned an architectural degree at Arizona State and has since worked in the Portland construction market for over 26 years and has been in the estimating field for 20 of those years. Randy’s worked on a variety of different projects including large medical and hospital work, multi-family, civic and fire, warehouse, and high-rise commercial buildings in downtown Portland. His strong passion for the Preconstruction process makes him a valuable and highly motivated member of our team. Outside of work you can most likely find him playing golf.
