Roger joined KNCC in 1992 and brings over 30 years construction experience in both residential and commercial contracting. He thrives on complex projects with special requirements finding them the most challenging. Roger works hard at promoting a team atmosphere on his jobsites and thinking outside the box to find the most creative building solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and traveling.
