Spencer started working in construction at 20 years old and joined KNCC in 2018. He enjoys working on a diverse range of projects because of the unique challenges that and learning opportunities that stem from each project. He leads by example and believes that a positive attitude and good communication are the keys to a successful job. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with his wife and dogs.
