North Star Elementary is two-story, 80,000 sf elementary school constructed from concrete block, wood framing, glulam columns and beams, prefabricated wood trusses, and metal roofing. The project scope included off-site improvements of utility extension and asphalt roadway, as well as several canal waterway structures.
