Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company Celebrates 40 Years

We’re proud to share that we’re celebrating 40 years in business this year, marking four decades of quality craftsmanship, trusted partnerships, and community impact.

Founded in 1986 by Kirby Nagelhout, Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC) began with a simple mission of giving back to our clients and communities through integrity, quality, and trust. What started as a small company working on Mt. Bachelor has grown into one of the region’s largest general contractors, with 3 offices, and over 200 employees serving commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and other public and private sector clients building meaningful community projects. Over the years, our company has built a reputation for technical expertise, collaborative relationships, and quality project delivery, while bringing innovative approaches to the industry.

KNCC President, Jeff Deswert, dedicates this milestone to everyone who helped make it happen. “Reaching this milestone is a testament to the dedication of our skilled workforce, the confidence of our clients, and the strength of our partnerships.” Jeff said. “The last four decades for us wouldn’t have been possible without all the employees and their passion, and everyone who is part of the Long Green Line.”
