Scott joined KNCC in 2022 with 27 years of construction experience. Growing up in New Orleans, he started in the trades as Millwright due to his interest in all things mechanical. As a Millwright, he was taught to build with exactness and precision. This philosophy prepared him to be a Quality Control Manager and Superintendent on numerous construction projects for different governmental agencies and large private companies. Scott enjoys work most when he is able learn new things and share what’s learned with others. His happiness comes from being a dad and spending time with the family.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
15 years + ARMY CORPS of Engineering, QA/QC Certificate; 4 + years of Trade School for Millwrighting and Carpentry – Journeyman; 3 Years as an Electrician’s Apprentice; OSHA 30
