Though new to the construction industry, Hayley brings over five years of payroll experience, having supported more than 150 businesses in her previous role. She is passionate about continuing her professional growth and plans to pursue her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification. Known for her kindness, attention to detail, and adaptability, Hayley thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys problem-solving—especially when it involves finding more efficient ways to overcome challenges.

Outside of work, Hayley loves traveling with her husband, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending time with family and friends (including her many beloved pets). Her enthusiasm and collaborative spirit make her a valuable addition to any team.
