BEN BENTZ, LEED AP

Project Superintendent

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Ben brings a deep and diverse background to every project he leads. His journey began in excavation, a trade he grew up around, and continued through college where he worked as a project engineer for an electrical company. After earning his degree, Ben transitioned into residential land development before finding his long-term niche in commercial construction.

For most of his career, Ben has focused on commercial projects, serving as a Project Superintendent. His recent work has centered on mass timber buildings, where his expertise and leadership have been instrumental in delivering complex, sustainable structures. Ben’s broad experience across multiple construction disciplines gives him a unique ability to understand and manage the challenges of every scope of work on a job site.

When he’s not on-site, Ben can be found in his workshop, either crafting custom woodworking pieces or restoring one of his hotrods.
