Dulce Weston has been immersed in the construction industry since 2016, beginning her career as an intern before advancing to roles as a Project Engineer and Superintendent. In 2021, she stepped into her current role as a Project Manager. Her project experience spans affordable multifamily housing, educational and medical facilities, and historic restoration—bringing a well-rounded perspective to every job she manages.

Known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Dulce thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building spaces that serve communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three young children, knitting and crocheting, building LEGO creations, and brewing beer, mead, and wine.
