This is an Earth Advantage Platinum, two-story 37,618 sf technical education center for Central Oregon Community College. It houses several higher education technology research labs which include spaces for COCC’s veterinary technician and hybrid-electric automotive technology programs. The project consisted of architectural cast-in-place concrete walls, structural steel framing, modern high-tech classroom finishes, and technical training facilities.
