Dave began his career in construction in 2000, starting as a carpenter, where he developed a strong foundation working on projects ranging from bridges and mid-rise buildings to data centers. Over the course of 20 years in the industry, Dave has gained extensive experience across a wide variety of complex project types. In 2020, he transitioned into his current role as a superintendent, where he has led ground-up retail, grocery, and commercial projects for clients including Kroger, WinCo, Natural Grocers, and Love’s. He is known for his strengths in leadership, coordination, problem-solving, safety, scheduling, and quality control, and he brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project. Dave earned his trade degree through the Carpenters Union Local 1503. When he is not on a jobsite, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and traveling with his wife, Rebecca.
