On Monday May 9, 2016 Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company was notified by Project Manager David McKay that we were successful in the bid for remodel and modernization of the existing Willamette Education Service District: HR Marion Center Building in Salem, Oregon. The project consists of remodel and renovation to the 70,000 square foot administration building located at 2611 Pringle Road in Salem. The architect for the project is PIVOT Architecture and the Project Manager is David McKay with HMK Company. The project will begin in May and is scheduled for completion in November 2016.
