Blake is an experienced builder, with over 26 years of experience as both a business owner and an employee. Over the years, he has completed several tenant improvements and ground-up construction projects, including retail spaces, medical rehabilitation centers, urgent care facilities, condominiums, and medical office spaces. His largest and most successful project to date was Golden Poles, a 30-unit core-and-shell condominium development in Government Camp. Blake is a team player with a humble personality and is a strong problem solver with an eye for detail, consistently delivering a high-quality finished product.
