Serving as the Director of Finance for KNCC, Dawn works closely with the CFO and Controller to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and operation performance. With 25+ years of management experience, including time as a business owner, Dawn brings a well-rounded understanding of leadership, operations, and financial performance.

Starting with the company in 2019 as a Project Manager and advancing to Senior Project Manager, Dawn brings a unique blend of field experience and financial expertise, allowing her to support project managers with insights from both the operational and financial perspectives.

Dawn also leads and develops the accounting staff while ensuring strong internal controls. She serves as the primary conduit of financial and operation information to the CFO, ensuring clear communication, timely insights, and well-supported decision making. Dawn’s frontline construction experience, business ownership perspective, and financial leadership all contribute to her commitment to sustaining a financially resilient organization.

Spending time outdoors, walking her dog and traveling are some of Dawn’s favorite things to do outside of the office.
