After graduating from Linfield University, Dawson spent three years as the Director of Football Operations and Tight-Ends Coach for the Linfield University football team. Meanwhile, worked in construction in the off-season. He joined KNCC in 2026 and brings leadership and a strong work ethic and emphasizes teamwork and communication when on site. During his free time, Dawson enjoys golfing, grilling, and spending time with family.
