Hailey Owens has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and financial management. Her career began as a Contract Administrator at her family’s general contracting company right after she graduated from college. Over time, she progressed through various roles, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and ultimately becoming the Corporate Controller. She is an expert in financial reporting and analysis, along with internal controls, and team leadership. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail enable her to effectively juggle competing priorities and meet critical deadlines. When she’s not at work, Hailey enjoys visiting the Oregon Coast with her husband, spending time with their two sons when they return from college, and exploring her passion for cooking.
