NICK LILLY

Project Superintendent

Nick’s career in construction began just out of high school in 1996 as a laborer/carpenter doing commercial construction work before spending seven years learning residential wood framing. Over the course of his career, Nick has worked in several areas of the industry, holding positions such as Concrete Foreman/Jr. Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and ultimately Project Superintendent for large scale commercial projects. Nick brings a strong work ethic, general professionalism, passion for the industry while being very well versed in reviewing, buying out and managing many scopes of work such as steel, elevators, masonry, all phases of concrete, wood framing, metal framing, acoustical systems, MEP and controls to finishes and audio video. He enjoys spending time with his family going hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing as well as the occasional trip to the coast.
