Rachel started at KNCC in 2017 as a part-time college student getting her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and is now a full-time employee working in the payroll and accounting department. She brings honesty, dedication, and enthusiasm to her work and admits she is a bit of data entry and numbers geek. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys the outdoors with her mini Aussie, spending time with her nephews, and on weekends keeping her dreams alive in the baking world!
