Rich Carden has over 30 years of experience working in construction. After a work injury, Rich has spent the last half of those years in safety. His passion is that no person or their family will endure the challenges he and his family faced after his injury. Rich has been teaching carpentry apprentice classes for the Northwest College of Construction since 2012. Outside of work, Rich loves to do anything with his wife Lisa and their family, from shooting, fishing camping or just sitting around a fire swapping stories.
