Senior Project Manager & Senior Superintendent

Rick began his construction career in 1987 after working as a Fleet Administrator in the transportation industry in Santa Barbara, California. He moved to Central Oregon in 1991, started his own general contracting business, and built custom homes and light commercial projects. He earned a diploma in Building Construction in 1992 and completed the AGC’s 240-hour Supervisory Training Program in 2007, along with additional training in industrial hygiene and OR-OSHA courses. In 2009, he relocated to Oregon City to work as a project manager for an industrial contractor before returning to Central Oregon in 2012 to join KNCC. Rick has experience across a wide range of construction projects, including medical facilities, multi-family housing, custom homes, resorts, churches, schools, and commercial buildings. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, and biking, as well as travel, reading, auto racing, and motorcycle riding. Rick is married to Teresa, has six children and ten grandchildren, and is often found with a German Shorthaired Pointer (or two) by his side.
