Tony began his construction journey building homes in high school, where he developed an early appreciation for teamwork, planning, and problem solving that is required to turn ideas into finished projects. Tony brings a business minded approach to construction, combining practical field understanding with a focus on coordination, quality, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining commercial construction, Tony worked with the Oregon Department of Transportation, coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting infrastructure programs, field inspections, and quality oversight efforts. He enjoys learning all aspects of construction, improving processes, and working collaboratively to solve problems and support successful project delivery. Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching football, watching sports, and spending time outdoors hunting or fishing.
