Project Description

Cut deep into the ponderosa pine covered basalt hillside that makes up a majority of the COCC Bend Campus, the 46,000 sf two-story Science Building including classrooms, lab spaces and auxiliary space and is one of the many buildings Kirby Nagelhout has built here. Forty-seven foot high architectural concrete walls, flawless polished concrete floors, and award-winning interior and exterior finish woodwork create a modern look for this Earth Advantage Gold building. Large expanses of glass capture views of the Cascades.
