Located within the campus headquarters for Daimler Truck North America on Portland’s Swan Island, this project consisted of a 35,000 sf tenant improvement for an office space. Construction work included demolition of the existing space and the addition of new metal stud walls, restroom modifications, lighting & electrical, as well as updated finishes.
