KNCC was chosen as the CM/GC for this renovation and expansion of the existing middle school, meeting Beaverton School District’s goal to expand its Physical Education program with a second building on the school’s campus. The expansion includes a new 8,000 sf gymnasium, 8,000 sf classroom addition, and a 10,000 sf freestanding covered play structure. Additionally, KNCC converted the existing fitness/climbing classroom into a space to support a theatrical program.
